Delete your account.
Deleting your LESRUN account permanently removes the account and associated personal data from active LESRUN systems. This is deletion—not temporary deactivation.
If you cannot access LESRUN
Email a deletion request from the address connected to your LESRUN account. Use the button below or send the request to privacy@lesrun.com with the subject “LESRUN account deletion request.” We may ask for limited information to verify ownership, but we will never request your password or email sign-in code.
Data deleted with the account
Deletion covers your authentication identity, profile, avatar stored by LESRUN, recorded activities and raw routes, virtual claims, account-linked rankings and progress, memberships, invitations, friendships, kudos, referrals, privacy settings, blocks, and other account-linked social actions.
Limited retention
Deletion is ordinarily completed within 30 days after identity verification. Temporary encrypted backups or provider recovery copies may remain inaccessible in normal operation until overwritten, ordinarily within 90 days. A narrowly limited security, fraud, moderation, transaction, legal-claim, or regulatory record may be restricted and retained when a legitimate law or dispute requires it. De-identified statistics that cannot reasonably be linked back to you may remain.
What deletion means
Deletion cannot be undone. Your handle may later become available, and lost virtual territory, XP, streaks, badges, club roles, or rankings cannot be restored. Content independently retained by another user outside LESRUN is not controlled by LESRUN.
Expected process: acknowledgement, ownership verification if needed, deletion from active systems, then confirmation. Contact privacy@lesrun.com if you do not receive a response.
